European
Community CE Marking
Many
Grass Technologies products are CE marked according to European community
directives. See the individual unit specifications for regulatory
marking details.
Leasing and Rental Programs
Leasing
arrangements are offered. If interested, request the leasing terms
from the customer service representative. Under some conditions rental
programs are available.
Warranty
Grass Technologies
products are manufactured to the highest level of performance and
reliability. One-year limited warranty from date of initial delivery
is limited to servicing and replacing any instrument or part thereof,
except batteries and expendable supplies providing there is no sign
of tampering or attempted repair. See our full guarantee for details.
The
Heritage, Aurora, Comet, and AURA Series instruments have a limited
life-time warranty on Grass Technologies manufactured parts, except
Personality Modules and Electrode Boards (which carry a 1-year warranty).
Servicing is accomplished by exchange modules for most instruments.

Grass
Ag/AgCl Electrodes carry a 3-month warranty, but may be rechlorided.
Other
items not manufactured by Grass carry their manufacturer's warranty.

Government Customers
Many
of our products are covered by VA and GSA federal contracts. Please

Payment Terms

30 days with credit approval. Prices are Ex-Works factory U.S.A..
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover as payment
options. International customers have additional options. Request
information for Letter of Credit and Wire Transfers.

Supplies:
most are available from stock. Instruments: stock to four weeks after

Sales
Tax
State and local
tax will be applied where necessary (CA, CT, FL, MA, MN, RI, TX, and
WA). No taxes added on export orders.
Merchandise Return
Policy
Please call Grass
Customer Service at 1-877-472-7779 or 401-828-4000 before returning
any item. We will process your request and provide a Return Material
Authorization number (RMA#) upon approval. Return goods are subject
to a 20% restocking charge. No credit will be considered 30 days after
shipment. Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt of
our authorization and be in first class saleable condition. Credit
is subject to inspection of merchandise. Unauthorized returns will
be refused at our dock. Custom orders are not returnable. For hygienic
reasons, electrodes cannot be returned.
Liability
Astro-Med, Inc.
is not responsible for injury, infection, or damage resulting from
the use of the products it supplies. Sterilization (where applicable),
use and application of products are the responsibility of the user.
Federal law in the United States restricts the sale, distribution,
or use of these products to, by, or on the order of a licensed medical
practioner.
