and FD-E6SH; FS-E5SH; E5SH, E5S and E6SH Silver
Disc Electrodes can be cleaned with detergents, or disinfected with
CIDEX OPA solution, or activated glutaraldehyde (Cidex, Metricide,
etc.). Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Avoid
iodines, sodium hypochlorite, oxidating agents, peroxide, potassium
permanganate and phenol agents. |

The sterilizer manufacturer's written instructions for cycle parameters
should be followed. Grass Silver Disc electrodes can be steam sterilized
as follows: |

Oxide (EtO) Sterilization |
| Ethylene
Oxide (EtO) Sterilization Grass Silver Disc electrodes can be ethylene
oxide (EtO) (gas) sterilized. Follow the sterilizer manufacturer's
instructions for details including: cycle time, temperature, device
packaging, and aeration time.
