Description
The
Model 15 system is an extremely compact, modular, powerful and versatile
neurodata amplifier system. The Model 15 was designed for use as
the principal component of an advanced EEG or PSG system or by research
laboratories to conduct advanced studies in neurophysiology or psychophysiology.
Up to 128
Channels
A
maximum of four Model 15 systems can be "daisy-chained"
together for up to 128 total channels of data.
Electrode
Test Function Standard
A
built-in Electrode Test function provides an accurate assessment
of electrode contact quality without disconnecting the subject
even while recording. A Trace Restore function is also included
for returning all amplifier outputs to zero.

Built-in
Calibrator
The
Calibrator Module provides both AC and DC calibration voltages from
5 µV to 1 mV under full computer control. AC calibration frequencies
of 0.3, 1, 3, 10, 30, 100, 300 and 1000 Hz are standard. In addition,
the calibration signal can be triggered through an external BNC
jack.
Electrode
Switching System
A
novel electrode interface system based on the PCMCIA card/connector
standard allows the connection of any electrode input to any amplifier
input.
Any Electrode-Amplifier
Connections
This
system makes possible bipolar input configurations and allows the
system to be configured for straight through differential recording
or a common-reference recording scheme, all by simply inserting
the appropriate card and matching mini-electrode board. Optional
pushbutton Electrode Selectors are available.
