| The
Simulator is a 32-channel, battery-powered, digital signal generator
which generates real EEG signals intended for demonstrations and
training exercises. It is especially useful for teaching the features
of digital EEG instruments.
The EEG simulator
utilizes EPROMs to provide different signal waveforms. An output
cable, with individual terminals, is provided for connection to
virtually any EEG instrument. Optional eproms are available. The
duration of the loop of all eproms is one minute. The standard eprom
that comes with the stimulator is spikes and seizures once per minute.
EEG1 is deep sleep EEG, slow brain activity and EEG2 is routine
EEG, symmetrical, eyes closed with one paroxysm.
Three PSG simulation
eproms are also available. |
