Direct Writing Thermal Chart Recorder

Combining the Dash 8Xe 8-channel thermal recorder with eight Model P122 amplifiers provides continuous, precise recordings of pulsatile tissue and motility recordings from gastrointestinal tract, uterus and gall bladder. The Dash 8Xe features a 15" color monitor for real-time viewing and playback, an optional chart recorder with a chart size of 8.5" with 300 dpi amplitude resolution, real-time chart speeds from 1 to 50 mm/sec, an internal 73 gigabyte hard drive for data capture, 200,000 samples/sec/channel, all in a rugged, compact, portable package — less than 22 pounds with the case.

Miniature implantable strain gage transducers, both half and quarter Wheatstone bridge construction can interface to the Model P122 amplifier for signal conditioning of analog motility data. For surface EGG recordings, the reusable silver/silver-chloride electrodes can be connected directly to the Model P122 amplifier.

Used with PolyVIEW®, scrolling waveforms emulating a chart paper recorder are viewed on the high-resolution video monitor and stored to disk including all annotations made during the recording. Using the Trend view, compress the data to view the min, max and mean values of part or the entire recorded file, and make precise waveform measurements using the two cursors in the Zoom/Filter mode. Print pages of selected data and save important recorded data to a new file, if desired.
