| Acquire,
store and analyze a wide range of analog data from in vivo
and in vitro preparations in student and research laboratories.
Just connect the analog signals to the PolyVIEW interface and begin
recording and storing data. PolyVIEW will interface to all signal
conditioning amplifier systems capable of providing high-level analog
outputs. The software provides intuitive screens for easy setup.
No programming is necessary.

| ACQUIRE |
| Monitor
data in real-time in the digital chart recorder mode. Up to 16 channels
of data are displayed on the "scrolling" display that
emulates strip-chart recorder paper. Data is automatically labeled
in the scientific or engineering units of your choice and the chart
can be annotated in real-time just like a paper-based system.
Powerful DSP functions allow deriving additional parameters from
a primary signal. During acquisition, for example, heart rate can
be derived from pulse pressure, ECG, or other cyclical cardiac signal
as a separate channel using the Tach function. dP/dT can be derived
fron the pulse pressure using the derivative function, and respiratory
volume can be derived from the flow signal. These functions are
also available in the PolyVIEW reviewer. |
| STORE |
| Data
can be stored to the computer's hard drive or any electronic storage
device for almost unlimited data storage capability. Selections
of stored data can be retrieved from disk. |
| ANALYZE |
|
Using the powerful
analysis tools, it is possible to zoom, filter, measure and perform
FFTs and much more. A wide range of useful waveform information
can be obtained by positioning the two cursors over the area of
interest. Determine minimum, maximum and mean values, standard deviation,
integral, area and more with the click of a mouse. |
| PolySCOPE |
The
PolySCOPE software module adds many of the features of a full-fledged
digital oscilloscope to the PolyVIEW recording and analysis system.
With sample rates as high as 50 kHz per channel,
it is ideal for capturing fast or transient signals. PolySCOPE
is simple to operate because it is designed to look and operate just
like a real digital oscilloscope, with familiar controls and terminology.
