SIU-C
CONSTANT CURRENT
STIMULUS ISOLATION UNIT |
SIU-C Constant
Current Stimulus Isolation Unit
| Certain
electrode types and/or experimental conditions can produce
a significant variation in electrode impedance. In these cases,
the SIU-C can be used to convert constant voltage stimulation
to constant current. Applications include: cortical, depth,
nerve and surface stimulation; EMG stimulation, tissue lesion
making and others
