EC regulation
No. 1907/2006, known as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization,
and Restriction of Chemicals), seeks to protect human health and the
environment through the regulation of chemical substances.
Statement of REACH Compliance
Grass Technologies recently asked an independent European consultancy to determine whether we are obligated under REACH to register our products, specifically our EC2 cream, in order to import and distribute these products in Europe.
We find that Grass Technologies is not obligated under REACH to pre-register any substance used in our EC2 cream for the following reasons:
Grass will monitor the European import of products. At such time that the volume of an imported substance exceeds 1 ton/year, Grass will re-evaluate registration status.
