Repair Service Procedures

the event that your equipment fails to perform properly it may be returned
to Grass Technologies for a complete evaluation and repair. Please call
our Technical Support Department at 1-877-472-7779 (USA only) or 1-401-828-4000
for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
